Unparalleled Support & Professionalism
We’re not just another event staffing agency, but a trusted partner who carries the complexity of handling massive events with sheer dedication and excellence. We maintain top-notch quality and luxury standards that make all the difference between us and other average firms.
Pressure-Tested Before Placement:
We evaluate candidates in real-time, real-world situations before we add them to our Houston lineup.
Established Desk Experience:
Every single Houston staff member has managed an actual check-in or registration desk. Nobody's getting the basics at your event.
Whoever's Available:
Several agencies will assign a shift to the first to respond, no matter if they have done this work before.
No Actual Trial:
Just the test a new hire's coaching works best? Live, during a client event, with no room for backup.
Briefed Days Ahead:
Guest lists, VIP notes, and entrance instructions arrive with your team far in advance of day-of, not on day-of.
Check-In Area Reviewed in Advance:
We preview the check-in layout-lanes, tables, signage, and power access-to anticipate the flow of crowds, rather than tackling it haphazardly.
Told at the Last Minute:
Staff usually have enough time to learn the basics as they walk in, but not to learn the specifics of the event.
No Look at the Space:
Without a layout review, the road testers are the first guests to test the setup for everyone else.
Getting Used to the Crowd:
There are different ways to approach slow stretches and quick rushes. Our people adjust both their speed and lane configuration before you ask.
Guest Info Remains Confidential:
VIP notes and guest information go directly to the people who will be using them to complete the task at hand.
One Speed Regardless:
Guests can tell that untrained employees work at one level, regardless of the condition of the line.
Information Passed Freely:
Guest information occasionally fields that might be shut a little too far, because nothing was defined.
Supervisor Nearby All Event:
A senior team member remains near the check-in zone during your event and jumps in promptly if a line starts to back up.
A Straightforward Recap:
Rather than a confirmation receipt, you will get an actual review of how the desk performed; you'll see the arrival schedule and any issues.
No One Watching Closely:
Guests may be stuck waiting longer without anyone to oversee operations.
One Sentence Version:
Sometimes they just send a quick text afterwards saying that the shift was completed.

Street Marketing in Houston Requires More Than a Flyer and a Smile
As the nation's most diverse city, Houston has no single downtown core. It's got more influential neighborhoods, a bigger food hall scene, more traditional immigrant enclaves, more sports fans, the longest of long commutes, and a weather whipsaw that favors strategic planning. When you utilize the services of our event staffing agency to deploy a street team, you get ambassadors who catch eyes instantly, stay people-friendly in high heat and humidity, and make your brand feel right at home.

Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs) for
Hiring Houston Street Steems
Street teams are the most direct way to advertise your brand, product, or event to consumers and prospects in their local environment. They distribute samples and brochures, share promo codes, incentivize downloads and sign-ups, promote restaurants and events, generate leads, and create a buzz by chatting it up with the crowds. An effective street team will also collect consumer feedback and reports.
Ideally, book 2-4 weeks before your campaign. For rodeo season, major festival weekends, sports seasons, and busy summer dates, this may be even earlier when demand for our promoters in the city can be great. Booking early ensures you can select your crews and gives you more time to prepare your team for the campaign. We do occasional last-minute requests, so do call us.
It depends on who you want to reach. High-density areas are usually best, such as Midtown, Montrose, The Heights, EaDo, Washington Avenue, Rice Village, the Museum District, Galleria, downtown, Medical Center, and parks such as Discovery Green, Hermann Park, and Memorial Park. Since Houston is such a sprawling city, we guide you through the densest clusters your ideal customer is likely to walk, and determine the prime time of day to do so.
We will schedule rotations of rest, hydration, and shade for Gulf Coast games and trainings, and provide rain and backup coverage. Our field leaders watch conditions and relocate our teams to shaded/indoor/exterior canopy covers as needed. During hurricanes and inclement weather, we follow your campaign's contingency plan, and suggest that rescheduling is included in your booking agreement.
Depends on what you're doing and where. Permits or approval from the city or property manager are needed for sampling, brand displays, amplified sound, activity in city parks, on public sidewalks, or on private property such as a shopping mall, and everything varies by location. We can tell you what to verify and when to get your campaign approved, but always double-check with that property manager or city office before your campaign.
Yes. Several of our promoters are fluent in English and Spanish, and depending on your target audience, we are able to help you find Vietnamese, Mandarin, Hindi, or other language speakers. Just tell us where you are targeting when you book, and we will help you find a suitable team.
Yes. Our promoters are used to conducting sampling campaigns for food and beverage, and can store your product at the right temperature and appearance in hot and humid conditions. We educate them about your product and your key selling points and work with you on any permitting and handling needs. All health and permit requirements vary by location and venue, so please check.
Your field teams can now add a QR code, web sign-up, coupons, or even a short survey to leverage street conversations. And team leads can send us recaps with photos and engagement numbers. Pricing varies based on team size, number of hours each team member will be working, number of locations, language requirements, and reporting and supervision levels.
