We don’t charge you if the event is cancelled more than 72 hours before its start. If it’s within 72 hours, part of or the whole scheduled shift rate can be charged according to your service agreement.
Two to four weeks generally works. Convention season, Comic-Con week, and the summer beach event stretch fill up faster, so for those we'd recommend six to eight weeks if you want first pick of our team. If your timeline is shorter, call us anyway; we're often able to make it work.
